Pre-Purchase Building Inspections
We provide comprehensive technical assessments for prospective homeowners, ensuring you have full clarity on any structural defects and safety hazards before finalizing your purchase.
An analysis of foundations, framing, and load-bearing elements to identify structural defects and safety risks before you commit. All inspections are conducted by a locally trained and licenced building practitioner skilled in identifying structural defects to AS 4349.1
Structural Defects
TImber PEsts
Visual inspection of the Structures and the site to AS 4349.3 for signs of timber pest activity or damage. Timber pests included are Termites, Wood Decay Fungi, and Borers of seasoned timber which can do significant and costly damage to your prospective property. The report will include conducive elements to the property that increase your risk to Timber Pest Attack.
We can complete Property inspections or Timber Pest inspections separately, or combine the two as a cost saving for the customer. The same areas are required to be inspected for both. Why pay twice to cover the same ground when our trained inspectors can conduct both inspections together.
Combine and Save
In addition to structural inspections, we can also complete full property inspections when required. This means we look at both the main structure and the overall condition of the home, inside and out. A full inspection gives you a more comprehensive overview of the property so you can make decisions with greater confidence and fewer surprises after settlement.
